Users with proper permissions in Jira administration are unable to see Board/Project Views

Several users, despite having correct permissions in Jira Administration, cannot access the project board or views such as Development view. This issue affects visibility and workflow tracking. This add happen overnight since previously they add all Jira features presented in their account as well. 

The reported error on the project appears as: Failed to retrieve space data

There could be one of the below issues, kindly check the below

• Check the Board FIlter permission for the users
• Check the Project permission for the relevant users
• There could be indexes issues, so request you to contact atlassian support for re-indexing the issues.

Below are the possible ways you can explore to investigate

• Check the board filter's permission there could be a reason the users don't have filter permission
• Check the Project Permission for the relevant users 
• Connect with Atlassian Support, it could be indexing issues which can be solved by atlassian support
