Users unable to view "Backlog" in sidebar for Scrum Project

My users were able to view the "backlog" icon and menu, and suddenly today they are not able to.  No changes to their security has been made.

Hello @BlueRock can they still see the PURL board? I suppose that is not the case anymore. Maybe the filter used on the board is no longer shared which denies them access to see it and therefore , see the backlog tab
