Users unable to open SharePoint links in Jira

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Users are unable to open links to SharePoint files in our SPO. They are external guest users in our 365 tenant, and can open the links if we share directly with them outside of Jira.
This is not impacting users that are licensed in our 365 tenant, only those that have been given guest accounts.
