There was recently a message from Atlassian indicating there were problems with accessing JIRA accounts and I subscribed to the investigation (View full incident details)
This says there are no incidents being reported but I continue to have problems with people getting logged out and the recovery link does not work (and creates a request for a new account). As a site and org admin this also happened to me and I've had at least 20 people impacted. Just had another as I'm typing this message.
My questions: How do I add an incident instead of needing to create a new bug? Are there any more details on this bug? I have a hard time believing I'm the only Admin experiencing this issue.

Do you know what the bottom of the page means where it says no incidents reported? Is there a place to post what is happening or do we wait for an update?

Liz, that is where I have been looking for progress since 19 April.
I suggest directly contacting support to learn if what you are experiencing is related or something new: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
As site admin of a paid instance, you should be able to create the ticket.
