Users from Jira are unable to access Confluence except Administrator.

Shirish Kalangi April 25, 2018

Dear Team,

We have recently updated the URL with apache with SSL

We user Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.

All the users are created in Jira.

When users from Jira try to log in to Confluence, they are getting the error as below:

The following error(s) occurred:

  • Sorry, an error occurred trying to log you in. Please try again

Only Administrator can log in to all 3 applications. All other users used to log in before to the other applications (before adding SSL)

I have checked all the application links, base URLs, checked: JIRA/atlassian-jira/WEB-INF/classes/seraph-config.xml

Even tried to add the application, it did not work.

I have followed many KB articles from the Atlassian community still no success.

Please let me know if any more info needed.

Many Thanks

IT-Admin
