Users cannot access to tickets via shared link or email

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

We are using Jira project as our Helpdesk with customers. However, the users (customers) when clicking on the link they receive in the email notification or the ticket link we share with them, can't access the ticket even if they're the reporters or added as participants. To add as a note the issue started occurring two weeks ago and all the users didn't face any of this issue type before.
