Users can only see the active sprint in the Sprint field options

Hi all,

Some users can only see the active sprint when they wish to fill the Sprint field.

They cannot see the past and the future sprints.

What could be the reason for that?

We recently upgraded to JIRA Server version 8.12

I havent upgraded yet but i have seen in the release notes about the new ability to restrict sprints.

Can you check whether it is related?

This feature is not turned on, so it shouldn't be related...
