Users being forced to use a Google account

hi,

over the last couple of days, some users on our JIRA Cloud instance are getting the following:

"heads up! Your administrator has connected your organisation to Google Apps. Don't worry, this won't change how you use our products"

as site admin, i haven't connected G-suite to this instance, and the users here use their company email address to login - not a google email address.  

how do i revert back to the old login method for these users?
