Users are unable to create a request /incident on jira particular project

Users of particular team has issue in creating incidents.

We have validated the workflow and looks fine please assist asap

Please check the project permissions for this user.

if you are using a Company managed project go to project settings > permissions and check browse and create permissions.

if you are using a Team managed project go to project settings > access and check if the user has "member" role and not "viewer".
