Users are not created correctly

Does anyone have experience with the following problem?

When I create a user with a directory type Microsoft Active Directory, the user profile is not created correctly. The profile picture is then displayed with the following picture: 

The user can log on, but immediately receives a message that a problem has occurred. Only a restart helps to solve the problem.

Only after the restart you can see the correct profile picture and the user is correctly logged in:

Do you have this issue on every users ? What does happen when you click on the profile ? I faced this issue couple of times but node restart fixed the issue. The issue was also not on all node.

yes for all users with directory AD. Nothing happens when you try to click on the profile. Only after restarting its possible to click on the profile
