Users appear disabled when they are actually active in Crowd and LDAP

Some users randomly appears inactive in Jira when in Crowd and LDAP they are active, when that happens, we re-synchronize and they change to active again.

Does anyone know why this happend or have this same problem.

@Javier Velasco Jimenez Do the users have the proper group that provides licensing?  Have you looked at the logs to see if they have been deactivated prior to resyncing?
