Users Unable to see Timeline which Admins Can See

As a Jira Admin and Project Admin - I can see the "Timeline" feature on my board.

Team members, both as Project Member and Project Admin, cannot see the "Timeline" - either by side bar link or direct link.

I have tried:

• Changing user permissions from Member to Admin.
• Creating new permission with everything toggled.
• Disable and Re-enabling "Timeline" feature.

The board is "software project", imported from a "business project".

Users can see Timelines on other older manually created projects.

Hi,

I think your description suggests, that the Issue is a Group and not a Role.

Could you check if there are different Groups with different permissions regarding timeline or view in your project/instance?
