Our team is currently using Jira's free version of the software, allowing up to 10 users. However, for some reason, our team can only see one of the Projects and not the other. Has anyone else run into this issue and if so, why is it not allowing us when 10 users are free? Currently asking us to upgrade but don't see why if said user is already within the 10 free.

@Zackery_Taylor

Hi Zackery

welcome to the Atlassian community.

Do both projects have the same permission scheme in use. Any differences in the roles that are assigned to your users.
