User's email domain redirects to different JIRA URL

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

Our organization is domain1@atlassian.net.  We have sent invites to users @domain2.com, but when attempting to accept the invitation to domain1.atlassian.net, they are automatically redirected to domain2.atlassian.net, and are not able to log in to domain1.  Does anyone know why this might be happening.

Hi Christopher,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
As per your description, it seems that this user is already logged in and due to cache and cookies they are being redirected to the wrong instance.
Can you ask this user to copy the link from the invite and paste on an incognito window to check if it will open the correct URL?
Using incognito we will make sure that they are logged out from any account.
