User's Unable to See Added Columns

I have added two columns to our board. Some people can see them, some people can't. The weird thing is, they are all developers so they should have same permissions. Where can I go to make sure the permissions are correct in order to make sure everyone see's the same columns?

Turns out user had different views. This is corrected.
