Is there a way to see who has granted a particular user access to an atlassian product?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Are you only a Site Admin, or are you an Organization Admin?

Does your Organization subscribe to Atlassian Access?

I think it will depend on how your product access is managed, but you can try reviewing the Audit Logs in the individual products, and the Audit Log under Security for the Organization (if you subscribe to Atlassian Access).
