I would like to add a number of users to my JIRA account, however, i would like to restrict them from seeing all issues and only able to see assigned issues.
I have read the supporting documents but have not found this useful.
Please, can you assist?

You would need to implement an issue level security scheme
You can have all issues by default restricted from view until certain criteria has been met such as the user is the Reporter or the Assignee.
