User permission to single project

Hello, I need outsourced vendors to have access only on single specific project, they should not be able to browse other projects. How do I achieve this?

You will need to look at the permissions for all your existing projects, removing anything that lets the vendors into them.  Look for generic group access like "jira users" and, probably most importantly, the common "anyone who can log in"

Once you have removed all the routes into the other projects, you'll be able to grant vendors access to a single project.
