I am unable to receive any email notifications on the issues I am watching/following. I am also unable to change my email preferences.

If the email address is the same that you are using here in Community, I was able to check our mail server and saw that there was a bounce on your email and I removed this bounce. Can you please check if you are receiving notifications now?

Thanks for making the change. I am now receiving notifications. Can you help me understand why or how the bounce was added to my email address? Also, it would be helpful if you could let me know if there's a way I could resolve this at my end before reaching out to JIRA support.

The error was 550 5.1.1 Recipient not found, that's why you were not able to receive the notifications.
We remove this bounce using Looking Glass and only us from Atlassian have access to remove the blocks and bounces from the email.
