We have a user in our instance who regularly loses visibility of all projects, even ones that they themselves have created.
When I log in as that user, I can see the expected list of projects and the usual steps of clearing browser cache etc does not work immediately (perhaps after the second or third time, projects will reappear)
Nothing has changed with permissions, and this impacts both classic and Next Gen projects (which the user has created themselves)
Any pointers would be much appreciated
Hi @Martyn Henderson - You might have the user try resetting their password. That shouldn't make a difference, but I have seen that help in the past.
