Hello all,

some time ago I successfully introduced OKTA in one of JIRA instance from our client.

Everything is working fine but a few days ago I received question from one of the users.

When user tries directly open url which contains JQL query (f.i jira.com/issues/?jql=project%20%3D%STP) he gets information that "The value 'STP' does not exists for the field 'project' (see screenshot). Then he has to push manually "Log In" button on top right and then he is redirected to OKTA and then back to JIRA. Now user can see results.

For all other cases (like: jira.com or jira.com/browse/TEST-1) user is automatically redirected to OKTA and then back to JIRA. There is no need to press any Log-In button on JIRA side.

Has anyone faced similar problem and know is it possible to change this behaviour ?
