User in "team" doesn't act as part of the team

I have a "team" setup with several members.

I use this "team" for email subscriptions and for filtering issues. 

One of the members even though accepted the invite and I can see is part of the group:

1/ does not receive the subscriptions
2/ is not including in the issue filter when filtering on the team name

I've tried to remove and re-add them, but it does not fix the problem.

The person is also in an admin role so should have no restrictions

Welcome to the community.

What information are you getting in your subscription filter? Can you share that filter with us?

For the filter where you are filtering on the Team name, can you share that filter with us?

Does the user receive any emails at all from Jira?
