User gets e-mail from issue filter subscription twice

There is issue filter which we created for HR Department: //--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

And it notifies hr group members every hour starting from 9:00 AM to 6PM via e-mail.
But they are receiving this e-mail twice every hour.
One from ABAServiceDesk@***.** another one from  servicedesk@***.**

They should get this e-mail only one time every hour. 

What do I need to check?

I solved this problem.
We have one main and 3 test instances of jira.
Disabling GLOBAL MAIL SETTINGS in TEST-JIRA  solved this problem.
