Hello.
I have created a new Jira environment, added 5 users. One of them appeared as "disabled" by default and the system says that I have to contact the administrator of the site for this - which I am. I can't see any reason for this, nor a way to reactivate him.
Any tips?

Where are you looking? Can you go to admin> user management and find the user there and try to reactivate?

This is where I was. I didn't find any option except deleting this user. He also said that his account has been blocked on his side. No explanation, I didn't have this for the other users.
We just registered him with anither address - though it doesn't really solve or explain the issue.

Ah. So their Atlassian account is disabled not their user account in this instance. Have them go to id.Atlassian.com and check there. I don’t recall offhand the process for reactivating an Atlassian account but will research a bit.
