User creation

Hi guys!

I'm trying to create an user in Jira as I usually do, but is not working for 2 specific users. I followed the same steps for them and I didn't get an error message :S, but the users are not being displayed as all others. Did you have the same situation before? If yes, what do you did to fix it?

What was the error message?

If you're on Server, what was the message in the log file?

What's different about those two users' names? Spaces. colons, hyphens anything

An error message was not displayed, The user was "created" but when I tried to add the user in a specific project doesn't exist
