User cant see his issues

I'm administrator.
One of the new users told me he cant see his tasks on his team board.

The action I took:

• Ive checked his permissions - they are the same as the rest of his team, which are able to see their tasks.
• Ive checked the project permissions and it set to "Any logged in user".
• When I switch to his user and get in to his board, I can see his tasks. 

Would like your help in solving this problem, thanks in advanced.

welcome to the Atlassian community!

If you switch to that user and see correctly all the tasks, probably that user has selected some quick filter on his board.

Please check.
