User can't create project settings another project

The Owner of organizations has Adm permission and he can't create a project with the flag "Sharing settings another project"

The flag was disabled with the message: The Jira was trial mode.

Checking the details of your site, I can see that there is a Free plan for Jira Core and Standard plan for Software and Service Desk.

With that said, I would like to know what type of project the user was trying to create with a shared configuration.

Is it happening to other users when they follow the same steps as the affected user?

If possible, send us a screenshot of the error.
