User Workload/Performance Report in JIRA Datacenter

Do you know any plugin that can generate user workload report? I've tried the built-in User Workload Report of JIRA but it's not what I need. I need a plugin that is like a user workload management. The report should be able to display the workload per assignee (previously assigned issues to a user must still be included in his workload record)
Do you know any plugin that can generate a report like this one from the Workload plugin? It's only available for JIRA Cloud so I cannot use it. Thank you in advance!
