When I go to my backlog, I am unable to see the name of my user stories - only the ID is being rendered. Screenshot 2025-02-18 at 5.12.56 PM.png

Hello @Brendan Tam

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

For INT-10185 it appears that the summary is being shown as ========

For any of the other issues can you provide a screen image that shows their summary?

Are other users having the same experience?

10815 Is correct - that seems to be showing up fine but the others are not being rendered.

I have noticed that when I click on the ticket, it renders after load.

Are other users having the same experience in your environment?

Have you tried a different browser app or private browser window?

I'm also having the exact same issue. (@Brendan Tam and I don't work together, fyi).

When I look in the backlog the issue summary is not appearing on ~50% of all of the issues. If I click into the issue, the side panel appears and the summary also appears. But when I refresh the page it disappears again.

Each time I visit the backlog it is the exact same issues that have missing summaries.

Currently using Chrome. Everything works fine in a private browser, and on Edge.

Same thing for me. The issue summary is not displaying. (https://share.bloomerang.com/DOuLLAZg).

Clearing local, session and cookies (Chrome > dev tools > application) resolves the issue.

Hi Brendan - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I am seeing other users report similar things. Please open a support ticket with Atlassian so they can investigate further.
