Hi Jira Support Team,
We noticed an issue in the Board Filter, where one user appears as a code (e.g., User 63E22) instead of their actual name.
However, the user’s name displays correctly in the Assignee field, so this issue seems to occur only in the Filter section.
Could you please help clarify the cause and advise on how to restore the user’s name in the filter?

I've managed to find this feature request, which seems to be related: JRACLOUD-85962: On the Quick Filter settings page JQL should refer to a readable user information e.g. user name / email instead of user ID
However, I'm not sure if there's any workaround, as this seems to be impacting only specific users 👀
I'd say that recommendation at this point is to try to reach official Atlassian Support team 👈 as this is a community forum where mainly end customers and/or partners are answering the questions.
The support staff might have some additional insights about this.
