Here is the exception we're seeing in the logs:

Messaging Exception in service 'com.atlassian.jira.service.services.mail.MailFetcherService$MessageProviderImpl' when getting mail: From DOUBO email not found: From DOUBO email not found

I would start by checking the email address that is setup for your mail handler.
