User Groups are not visible in Issue Security schemes

I have added an Issue Security Scheme and a Security Level for it. I am trying to add a group to that security level but the dropdown to select groups is always empty although there are 5-6 groups present which I can see in User Management>>Groups. 

Can you please reply with the reason why this dropdown is empty and not showing groups that are present in User Management?

Hi Shrirkrushna,

Make sure that your user has the Browse users and groups permission. You can be the site administrator of a Jira site but not have it. 

In Jira Cloud, this can be checked under Jira settings → System → Global permissions.
