I need to delet a user with all of his data and send him new credentials because he lost his recoverey key and can´t login with 2factor auth, because he has not enabled it.
It tried allready to get a different "security" group for him where I´m not forcing the 2 factor auth. Also deleting and sending him again an invite results everytime that he has to use his refactor key.
How can I get him access without prompingt to 2factor or the restore key?
Hey @David Porzelt it's quite unfortunate case, because the recovery key is usually mostly used option.
Another one, is to reach out to Atlassian Support https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ that can verify identity and reset 2FA for a managed account - site admins can’t override that security setting.
