Use one JIRA project to manage several customers but is isolation

Hi - we would like to use one JIRA project to handle actions items/issues from multiple vendors simultaneously but not want the vendors to see other vendors items.  How can this be accomplished or do we need to use another tool like JIRA service desk?  Thank you in advance.

Hi @gjosephathd,

If you use Issue Security, you can configure a Security Level for each vendor. 

You can add your staff to all Security Levels and to each Level the staff of the vendor.

You just have to make sure, that the right Security Level is choosen on creation.
