Usability Feedback on recent JIRA Update

Hello,
we are using JIRA as our system for managing tasks and bugs, and after the recent changes, the vast majority of users are dissatisfied, as everything has become very unclear and working with JIRA is now significantly more difficult.
We consider this a step backwards, not only in terms of visual design, but also because the intuitive usage has been lost.Is there any way to revert JIRA back to the previous configuration?Thank you.

Sorry to hear your dissatisfaction. Sadly, the new UI will be applied to all of the sites, where the estimate is even around June for all sites to be having the new UI applied. What are the things that are frustrating you currently?

Accessing the project settings has become more complicated, and I’m still unable to reach the project pages within JIRA.

Project settings are reachable when you click on three dots then select Project settings. I agree, previously you would access it and really see it. Nothing much we can do about that.
