My Jira free plan site (thegoodoldbite.atlassian.net) was deactivated due to inactivity and I need urgent help to reactivate it before my data is permanently deleted.
**Site details:**
- Site URL: thegoodoldbite.atlassian.net
- Plan: Free
- Entitlement Number: E-443-7BA-X26-UBD
- Deactivation notice received: May 23, 2026
**Issue:**
I received the deactivation email on May 23, 2026. I have important project data on this site that I cannot afford to lose. When I go to admin.atlassian.com/billing and click the Inactive tab, I can see the Reactivate button — but it redirects me to a Contact Support form instead of directly reactivating.
**What I've tried:**
- Visiting the site URL directly (shows "Page unavailable")
- Going to admin.atlassian.com/billing → Inactive tab → Reactivate button
- The reactivate popup shows entitlement E-443-7BA-X26-UBD and asks me to contact support
**Request:**
Could an Atlassian Team member please help reactivate my subscription back to the Free plan? I am aware of the 60-day retention window and want to act immediately before any permanent deletion occurs.

Since you are on a Gmail account and it has been 19 days since deactivation, your site is likely in a 'soft-delete' state. You must submit a manual ticket immediately to prevent permanent data loss.
Follow these exact steps:
Go to the Support Form: Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing, & Licensing | Atlassian
Select these options:
How can we help you? → Your account
Choose a topic → Reactivate subscription
Provide your details:
Enter your Site URL.
In the description box, state that this is URGENT.
Paste this: "My Free Jira site was deactivated for inactivity on May 23. I am using a personal Gmail domain and am now at day 19 of the retention window. The self-service Reactivate button is redirecting to this form. Please manually reactivate my site before the 30-day soft-delete window expires."
Submit the form.
A Cloud Support agent will review your request to see if the data is still available in the deletion queue. If it is still recoverable, they will manually pull the site back and may ask you to verify site ownership before flipping it to "Active." Please note: Because personal domain sites have a very short retention window, recovery is not 100% guaranteed, so it is critical to submit this ticket immediately.
