Uploaded Priority Icons/Images not displaying correctly

This is for Jira Cloud.  As recommended, I uploaded the image via an issue, captured the URL and replaced the image URL on the jira setting/issues/priority screen.  The image doesn't display correctly.

Any suggestions?

I tested on my local environment following the steps of the documentation and it works normally.
Just for us to better understand what is happening, can you please share with us a screenshot of how the icon appears on the ticket or on the priority page?
Have you tested using another icon?

I'm have trouble uploading the example screenshots as a pdf file.  Any thoughts?

Here in community it's possible to add only images as attachments, other types of files like pdf or doc, for example, it won't work.
