Upload files in Jira Software

our company wants to introduce Jira Software.

Simply question: Is it possible to upload files within Jira Software ?

Actually im testing Jira Software within the trialperiod.

Yes, you can attach files to an issue. see Attaching files and screenshots to issues for more information.

Additional question:

Is there any opportunity to save contacts/phone numbers ?

Short answer is yes, it is possible to save contacts/phone numbers. For example you could add custom fields on the issue that contains that information, you can create an issue type for contacts, or you can use one of the many CRM apps that are available on the Marketplace. I have only used Insight for it, it all depends on what functionality you are looking for.
