Upgrading jira to 4.4 and importing loses greenhopper configuration

I've installed Jira 4.4 and imported my 4.2.4 export. Then enabeld GH.

All my changes to the GH views for projects have been lost and have been defaulted back to the installed templates. Even the defaults for the Scrum template have reverted.

Do I have to go and reconfigure all my Scrum projects?

I have the same problem from Jira4.1.2/GH5.1 to Jira4.4.4/GH5.7 or Jira4.4.4/GH5.8.

I successfully managed to upgrade GH templates with the workaround : http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/GHKB/Custom+Template+Lost+after+upgrade+to+GreenHopper+5.5+and+above

Do you plan to make a GreenHopper data migration into a new version of GreenHopper ?
