Upgrading from 6.4.10 to 7.0

What is the cost to upgrade to 7.0 and also will there be a lot of major changes if we upgrade? Will all plug ins still work or any issues that come across with upgrading?

No cost, your old licence covers you.

Major changes - yes.  Mainly the licence model (applications are separate) and good chunks of the internals.  As for plugins - you'll need to look at each of them to see if they're supported.
