Upgrade question

I have multiple upgrades to be done, and trying to work out the paths to the next LTR's. 

Jira (server) - currently on 8.20.10 can i go directly to 9.4 

Confluence - currently on 7.19 can i go directly to 8.5 (when its released in Q3 2023) 

Bitbucket - currently on 7.21.7 can i go directly to 8.9
