Upgrade Jira software from version 7.3.6 to 7.9.0 on ubuntu 12.04 and SQL 2008

Hi, 

I have a setup of jira software version 7.3.6 and need to upgrade to 7.9.0.

Actually, I manage to do it but I have some problem with Server temporally enable.

Is there a way to fix this?

Already set db connector installed new java version and after config.sh run and save got the 503 error.

Any clues?
