Upgrade Jira 7.13 to 7.13.8 or 8.xx

I'm using version 7.13.0 enterprise release. What's better, upgrade to 7.13.8 or to 8.4.1?

It is quite obvious that 8.4.1 will be better - it will have all the bug fixes that 7.13.8 will not have - it will have new features - better functionalities.

By the way, we already have 8.4.2 now :-)
