Updating a Confluence Page also updates "Updated" Field of a linked JIRA ticket

When creating a link between a confluence (cloud) page and a JIRA (cloud) ticket updating the confluence page also updates the JIRA ticket.

As we use the "Updated" field in a lot of use cases this is very annoying since we now see a lot of tickets as "actions happend here" (aka "Updated" within the last days) although i.e. only a typo was fixed in an attached confluence page.

Is there any way to fix this behaviour?
