Hi Tatkhashvili,

The problem seems to be caused by the automation in the SPR coded project. Most likely your administrator has created an automation to send a reminder mail if the issue is not updated.

Your colleague may have opened an issue using helpcenter or may have been added to receive mail about this issue. After the admin resolves this issue, he may be asking him to close this issue via helpcenter.

What kind of screen does your colleague see when he/she clicks on the relevant link?

Okey, please check automation rules. Don't forget, you can edit these rules. @Tim Kopperud explain it how can you reach automation rules.

Hi @Tata Tatkhashvili, I suspect there is a weekly scheduled automation rule that is involved here. 

Navigate to your SPR project and select Project settings from the menu on the left side. 

Under Project settings select Automation.

Under Automation select the Rules tab

Look into all rules that starts with a trigger When: Scheduled. If such rules are found, analyse each rule and see if one of them fits accordingly to the email. Also analyse the Audit log to see if it has got a hit on SPR-4.
