Looking to update the status name but I can't figure out how to do it besides add and delete.
Yes, you can rename a Jira status, but it is a global change affecting all Spaces using that status.
For company-managed spaces, go to Settings > Work Items > Statuses and edit.
For team-managed spaces, edit the status within the workflow editor.
