Update linked issue

I create this automation in service desk project : 

When issue is created, if reporter is in "xxxx" organization then set tenant.

Then i create another rule: 

When issue in "service desk" is created 

--> then clone issue into another project anche create a link.

But the Tenant doesn't appear in the new cloned ticket.

Can someone help me?

Hi @matilde_polito 

Both rules are set to run when the issue is created, so technically at that point the 'tenant' field is blank.

What you could do is amend your first rule to clone the issue after adding the 'tenant' field value, and amend your second rule so that it does not clone if the organisation is in 'xxxx' - that way you will only get one cloned issue, but it will have the 'tenant' if it needs it.
