I have a free account. I changed my company name recently, and now I want to update it the subdomain so it doesn't confuse my team with the old name. I've changed it once before on this free account. But now I can't seem to change it again.
I'm getting conflicting information in the community about who can change and when and how. I know I won't be changing this again as this is the committed business name.

Have you reviewed this document to see if any of the Limitations are affecting you?
Perhaps one of your products was on a Standard plan, or you had a trial of a Standard plan in affect when you previously changed the site URL.
@Trudy Claspill Thank you, this is helpful. It's totally possible I was on a trail, I really have no idea it was so long ago. I only have free accounts at this point so it seems I'm out of luck for now, unless I want to pay for it.

You can check if you can change one of your currently Free products to a trial for a Standard plan to see if that enables the site URL change. Then revert back to the Free subscription.
