Update automatically Hidden fields

Hello people!

I have a problem:
I have a screen of an issue (the "Edit issue") that has two visible fields and two hidden fields (the hidden fields are just for fill another company´s plataform). The value of the two hidden fields must be the same as the two visible fields mentioned.
My question is how can I make this automatic copy when I edit the issue in the edit screen.

For example:
In the "Edit Issue" screen, we have field A and B. Whenever the information of these two fields (which are visible) is updated, the fields C and D (which are hidden) must have the same values of the visible ones, that means, C = A and D = B.
Does anyone know any way to do this automatically?

Have you looked into using Adaptavist's script runner for Jira app?
