Unwanted auto assignee

For some reason, on one of our tasks flows it changes the assignee on creation

Even if an assignee is selected in the new task dialog

There are no post functions or triggers which we could find

Why is it happening?

Maybe the Components field is being given a value, and that component has a component lead set to be the default assignee?

It has default assignee

But it shouldn't change the assignee I selected through the Create New Task dialog

It doesn't happens on other issue types with the same components

Does the automatic assignment set the component lead of the selected component?

Is it a feasible solution to remove 'Component Lead' as the value for Default Assignee option?

Not really, because we need that if someone forgets to add an assignee it automatically sets to the component leader

Yes, I do

For other workflows in the project it doesn't happen, for bugs workflow for example
